Before the first child arrived
Someone had already decided to show up.
What began as one simple opportunity became fifteen years of faithfully showing up for children, families, and our community.
Every story has a beginning.
For more than fifteen years, Impact Racing Ministries has been serving children and families throughout Griffin–Spalding County community.
What began as a running program has grown into something much bigger—a community of neighbors who believe hope grows when people consistently show up for one another.

Running opened the first door. | Relationships have kept it open ever since.
More Than a Race

Running has always been part of our story,
but it has never been the destination.
Every practice. Every race. Every conversation.
Every shared meal. Each creates another opportunity to encourage a child, support a family, and remind our neighbors that they are not walking through life alone.
Run Club introduces us. Relationships define us.
"Coach and his wife have created an environment that reflects excellence, dedication, and genuine love for children and families."
— Run Club Parent

The Race We Were Called to Run
When people hear the name Impact Racing Ministries, it's easy to assume we're simply about running.
But for us, racing has always meant something much deeper.
It means faithfully running the race God has placed before us.
It means moving toward opportunities to serve.
It means choosing people over programs, relationships over recognition, and faithfulness over finish lines.
Our goal has never been to create faster runners.
Our goal has always been to make a lasting impact.

"My only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me."
Acts 20:24
What We've Learned

Children don't simply need another activity.
They need trusted adults.

Families don't simply need another program.
They need a community.

Hope doesn't usually arrive all at once. It grows one faithful presence at a time.

That's why we keep
showing up.
Again, & again, & again.
Over the years, we've learned some beautiful things...

The Story Is Still Being Written
Every season brings new opportunities to serve.
Some children arrive looking for a place to belong.
Some volunteers arrive looking for a way to help.
Some families simply need someone to believe in them.
No matter how someone arrives at Impact Racing Ministries, we hope they leave knowing three things: They are seen. They are valued. They are never walking alone.
